SURFACE PREPARATION
NEW PAINT: New paint New surface must be clean, dry and free from masonry salts. Remove all defective or poorly adhering material by rubbing down using a suitable abrasive paper or stiff brush and dust off. Treat any area affected by mould, lichens, algae or moss with bleach. After priming the new surface with MOBI INTERIOR FILLER, fill the surface with MOBI PRIMER FILLER. Allow the filler to dry for 2-3 hours and apply the second coat. Third coat is recommended only for extra smoothness. After drying, scuff the surface using an abrasive paper and dust off. MOBI PRIMER FILLER can also be applied directly on the new unpainted surface.

REPAINT FOR SOUND SURFACE: Remove all defective or poorly adhering material by rubbing down using a suitable abrasive paper and dust off. Smooth surface the surface with MOBI PRIMER FILLER as described above, if required.

REPAINTING ON POWDERY, DUSTY SURFACE, CRACKS & OTHER SURFACE DEFECTS: Repair minor defects. For large holes and cracks, use sand and cement mixture. Allow it to dry. Prime the surface and powdery, dusty than fill the surface imperfections will MOBI PRIMER FILLER as described above. Scuff the surface using an abrasive paper and dust off.

FINISHING: After surface preparation, apply 2 or more coats of any MOBI masonry decorative product.
