Mobi Roof Coating
Mobi Roof Coating is a reinforced elastomeric compound based on special Co-Polymer Acrylic Elastomeric Resin. It provides a flexible water proofing membrane, due to its special internal reinforced nature, it will counter small to medium size cracks. The use of very fine particle pigment and highly durable binder provides ultimate water barrier membrane on roofs combined with good dirt pick-up resistance with flexibility and keep the surface cool.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
- Freshly plastered surfaces must be allowed to cure completely. It is recommended to allow at least
28 days for new surfaces for curing. - Ensure surface is thoroughly clean, dry and free from all loose dirt, chalk, grease, fungi and algae.
This can be achieved by brushing with a wire/stiff coir brush, followed by water jetting (if
required) and treat the affected area with bleach solution - Bituminous coating applied prior to this should be scraped off completely.
- Check the surface properly for any loosely held plaster surfaces. Dents and other cracks should be filled using suitable repair mortar. Fill up all minor cracks and defects with s cement and sand
mixture in the ratio 1:3. Avoid application of putty or filling compound. - Ensure uniform slope to the surface.
