Description

MAIN USES:                         The primer provides excellent alkali resistance, improves adhesion of topcoat,and provides a uniform surface for filler or topcoat application.
COVERING CAPACITY:     16 -18 m2/ litre per coat.
DRYING TIME:                    2-3 hours

APPLICATOR:                      Brush, Roller, Spray

THINNER:                            Clean Water

THINNING:                            Brush: 20%-30%, Roller: 30%-40%,  Spray: 60%-70%

SURFACE PREPARATION
Must be clean, dry and free from efflorescent salts. Scuff the surface with suitable sandpaper or sandstone to make the plaster surface smooth. Dust off and apply priming coat of Mobi Exterior Primer. Allow the Primer to dry for 2-3 hours. Previously painted sound surface (all weathers): remove all defective or poorly adhering material by rubbing down using a suitable abrasive paper or stiff brush and dust off. let the surface dry. prepare it surface using the same procedure as given above.

Powdery,Dusty Surface,Cracks: for large holes and cracks use plaster of paris or white cement. Finishing: The Primed surface can be smoothened with Mobi Exterior Fine Filler ( Water Based) and subsequently painted with Mobi Weather Safe.

APPLICATION
Apply MOBI Exterior Primer with the use of a brush,roller or spray. Apply 1-2 coats as required and let it dry for 2-3 hours. Once dried apply MOBI Plastic Emulsion, MOBI Weather Save or MOBI Super Emulsion.

TIPS FOR SAFETY, ECONOMY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Keep paint container air tight after us e and store in a shady & dry place. Rinse with plenty of water in case of eye contact and seek medical advice. Use skin cleanser to remove splashes from skin. Scrape excess paint out of brushes and rollers before cleaning. Wash all equipment immediately after use water. Do not dispose-off excess paint or paint waste into drains or watercourses disposal should be done in accordance with the environmental regulations.
