Mobi Exterior Primer

MOBI Exterior Primer is a high quality acrylic based alkali resistant primer for masonry surfaces. It is ideal for all types of exterior surfaces such as plaster brickwork or cement rendering. It is an excellent sealing primer, which provides good adhesion both for the surface and top coat.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
New surfaces must be clean, dry and free from masonry salts. Remove all defective or poorly adhering material by rubbing down using a suitable abrasive paper or stiff brush and dust off. Treat any area affected by mould, lichens, algae or moss with bleach. Now prime the new surface with MOBI Exterior Primer. Let it dry for 2-3 hours and then smooth the surface with Mobi Exterior Fine Filler.
Repaint for Sound Surface:
Remove all defective or poorly adhering material by rubbing down using a suitable abrasive paper and dust off. Prime and fill the surface as described above.

Powdery, Dusty Surfaces, Defects, Cracks & Other Surfaces:
Repair minor defects. For large holes and cracks, use sand and cement mixture. Allow it to dry. Now prime the
surface with MOBI Exterior Primer and then fills the surface imperfections with Mobi Exterior Fine Filler as
described above.
