Mobi Heat Resistant Coating Upto 450°C

High Heat Resistant Coating (up to 450°C) is a premium, solvent-based, heat-resistant protective coating specially formulated to withstand continuous thermal exposure up to 450°C. Engineered using high-temperature silicone resins and heat-stable pigments, it provides excellent adhesion, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability in high-heat industrial environments.
This coating forms a tough, thermally stable film that resists degradation, discoloration, and oxidation, making it suitable for surfaces exposed to frequent and prolonged heating cycles.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
Surfaces must be free from dust, dirt, grease, oil, heavy shoot or chalk. Remove all defective or poorly adhering
materials by rubbing down using a suitable abrasive paper or stiff brush.
Metal Surface:
After priming new surfaces with MOBI Red Oxide Primer or Wash primer for nonferrous surface, fill the surface where required with Steel Putty. Please refer to TDS of Mobi Red Oxide Primer for correct application procedure and drying time properties.
Wooden Surface:
Scuff of the surface with suitable abrasive paper than prime the surface with MOBI Undercoat White and then fill any surface imperfections with Putty. Scuff the surface using suitable abrasive paper and dust off.
